• Address any questions/ queries through SNS, phone call, email & respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information to the customers/prospects.
• Actualize customer voice for business development in coordination with related departments.
• Data entry, analysis, report preparation about the customer’s voice from stores & digital platforms.
• Collect customer voice through survey & preparing reports accordingly.
• Any other tasks are given by the management.
• Fresher with good communication skills is encouraged to apply.
• Having 1 to 2 years of experience will get preference.
• English proficiency is must (as she/he needs to work with global colleagues)
• Must be flexible and be able to work under pressure

• BDT 13,000-18,000 taka/Month
